I just wanted to let you all know how much I have appreciated all your excellent work during the complex process needed to ensure I had the chance to have the dental implants that I really wanted successfully completed! At first, I did not realise the complexities that would be involved in making this aim possible, but you and your colleagues supported me through the whole process and managed to overcome any difficulties encountered (and I now realise how tough these were) so that we were eventually able to reach such a successful conclusion. The help of your team in coping with my own problems, mainly due to health, was a further key part of the support you were able to give; without that too, we would not have reached such a good outcome. My search for a kind, caring, and considerate dental team is over now. I have found Karen and her outstanding team. After years of misery hopping from one dentist to another with awful experiences, I had to search far and wide to find a dental practice that would welcome me, make me feel me' again, and take that awful fear of going to the dentist that many of us suffer... Karen and her team were so welcoming and completely understood nervous and fearful patients, and they turned my fear into a really positive experience despite having had to undergo very traumatic treatment due to the poor state of my teeth. As always, very helpful staff from start to finish. The waiting area is very well maintained and super clean, with a nice relaxed feel. Karen is always keen to know if you have any niggles regarding your teeth or general oral problems.
